Why this?
The founding team felt there was no community focused directly on what we’re most professionally passionate about: Improving the flow of work in organizations. That’s what we’re all about. This community is an effort to address that.How?
We run an invite-only slack team and weekly video meetings. We provide a safe, supportive space to share thoughts, fears, ideas and opportunities, in a setting purpose built to grow lasting relationships.We regularly compile, share and reflect on our insights as a group (in a newsletter and in slack). Even if you can't join us on a regular basis or at a convenient time, we want you to get value from the group, and see opportunities to contribute.Why invite-only?
The aim of the early members is to grow this slowly and intentionally to maximize the value to our members.We all try to give more than we get and we're careful to include those who share that practice. We want to include not just the curious, not just the passionate, but also the focused and aligned. This isn't a social club, it's a peer network. At this time we're only accepting applicants vouched for by one of our existing members or via one of our partner communities.
Code of Conduct

The community is focused on professional support, discussion and collaboration. Sales and inappropriate solicitation activity targeting members won’t be tolerated. Information disclosed within the community is not to be shared beyond without express consent, and all content should be considered private. Community participants violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the community at the discretion of community organizers.
